To return a portion of your order, we ask that you contact us within 30 days by email so that the exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged to your satisfaction.
Please include the packing slip or a copy of your invoice and a note advising us of the reason for your return.
All items that are sold in yardage: No refunds are available for these orders. Once yardage is cut there is no way to re-sell this item.
Merchandise returned as a result of a customer changing their mind will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. |
